Azurity Pharmaceuticals, a private specialty pharma company, is seeking an experienced field sales professional to develop and execute a strategic business plan across a broad geography. You will call on physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other decision-makers in multiple subspecialties, communicating complex clinical messages and driving territory ROI.

This full-time role requires 8+ years of pharma/healthcare sales, independent work ethic, and strong product messaging.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare sales experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage key accounts.
• Demonstrated growth in sales while managing territory.
• Documented track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a strategic business plan for a wide geographical area to target, penetrate, and establish relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
• Effectively call on physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, etc., across multiple medical subspecialties.
• Call points include physician offices, hospital pharmacies, ORs, ICUs, etc.
• Communicate clear messages in complex clinical situations.
• Travel periodically with internal teams (Marketing/Management).
• Utilize data sources to maximize strategies and ROI.
• Attain or exceed assigned sales and profit goals.
• Manage and track territory information through a CRM system.
• Travel as needed for the territory (air travel).
