We invite a seasoned pharmaceutical sales professional to drive growth across a broad geographic area by building relationships with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare decision makers.

The role requires 8+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, strong leadership, and expert communication to convey complex clinical messages.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
8+ years of Pharmaceutical, Medical Device or Healthcare Industry sales experience.
Ability to work independently and manage key account relationships.
Demonstrated growth in sales while managing your own territory.
Documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong ability to articulate complex clinical messages to Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic business plan for a wide geographic area to target and establish relationships with key decision makers.
Call on physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists across subspecialties.
Communicate clear messages in complex clinical situations.
Travel with internal teams as needed to support the territory.
Utilize data sources to maximize strategies and ROI.
Attain or exceed assigned sales and profit goals.
Manage and track territory information through a CRM system.
