Job summary

Azurity Pharmaceuticals seeks an Institutional Business Manager to drive strategic sales across a broad geographic area from a remote US base. The role targets key decision makers, physicians, nurses and pharmacists, aligning clinical messages with product opportunities and ROI-driven plans.

The candidate will travel regionally as needed and maintain CRM data for effective territory management. The ideal hire has a strong pharmaceutical sales background, excellent communication and presentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 8 years of Pharmaceutical, Medical Device or Healthcare Industry sales experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage key account relationships.
• Demonstrated growth in sales while managing your own territory.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Business acumen and understanding of complex clinical information.
• Ability to articulate complex clinical messages to Healthcare Providers in real time.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills and interpersonal/virtual engagement.
• CRM experience (Veeva, Salesforce) and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic business plan to target and build relationships with key decision makers.
• Call on physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and others across subspecialties.
• Engage points include physician offices, hospital pharmacy, OR, ICU, etc.
• Communicate clear messages in complex clinical situations.
• Travel as needed for territory with internal teams.
• Use data sources to optimize strategy and ROI.
• Attain or exceed sales and profit goals.
• Manage territory information in a CRM system.
• Travel as required for the territory.
