Tether is hiring an USAT Institutional Associate to accelerate market adoption, operational connectivity, and execution across core global corridors. You will bridge regional teams and manage cross-border pilots from inception to production, driving high-impact outcomes in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in project management, business development, or operational execution within fintech or digital assets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interface with internal partners and clients.

Responsibilities

• Ramp connectivity and corridor optimization with regional expansion leadership.
• Lead local FX pilots and production execution with clear milestone roadmaps.
• Manage geographic expansion projects and market research to identify opportunities.
• Oversee institutional onboarding and operational execution for regional corridors.
• Maintain KPI tracking and status reporting to ensure execution velocity.
