Job summary

Tether is seeking a highly driven USAT Institutional Associate to accelerate market adoption, operational connectivity, and execution across core corridors. You will own regional expansion initiatives, coordinate cross-border pilots, and drive institutional onboarding under the Head of USAT Institutional.

The role requires fintech experience, project leadership, and strong communication skills to engage with internal teams and external clients in a fast-paced, high-velocity ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3–6 years in project management, business development, or operational execution within fintech, cross-border payments, banking, or digital assets.
• Experience in cross-border settlements, payment rails, or digital asset ecosystems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional expansion leadership to identify and optimize on/off-ramp infrastructures.
• Analyze fiat and stablecoin liquidity to inform data-driven operational decisions.
• Lead and execute local stablecoin FX pilots.
• Develop milestone roadmaps to transition pilots into production environments.
• Manage geographic expansion projects and oversee regulatory research and opportunity sourcing.
• Oversee institutional onboarding and day-to-day operational execution for USAT.
