Job summary

Tether Operations Limited is seeking a Solutions Partner Manager within the Technology Distribution team. You will manage a global network of consulting firms, system integrators, and delivery partners implementing Tether products, ensuring high-quality projects and alignment with our interests.

You will lead onboarding, certification, and governance, coordinate with internal teams, monitor KPIs, and drive partner success across regions in a fast‑paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in partner ecosystems, delivery governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Understanding of SaaS, fintech, AI, blockchain, or related platforms is a plus.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary relationship owner for Solutions Partners and assess capabilities.
• Lead onboarding, training, and certification for new partners.
• Oversee partner-led implementations ensuring quality and timelines.
• Monitor project portfolio and identify cross-sell opportunities across products.
• Manage partner performance reviews and corrective action plans.
• Coordinate with Customer Success, Delivery, Support, Product, and Training teams.
• Oversee partner renewal, re-certification, and offboarding when needed.
