Job summary

Tether is seeking a highly driven USAT Institutional Associate to accelerate market adoption, operational connectivity, and execution across core global corridors. You will serve as the execution engine for regional expansion initiatives, cross-border pilots, and institutional onboarding.

Reporting to the Head of USAT Institutional, you will own high-priority operational workflows, bridge regional expansion teams, and manage corridor partnerships from inception to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in project management, business development, or operational execution within fintech, cross-border payments, banking, or digital assets.
