Tether.io is seeking a highly driven USAT Institutional Associate to accelerate market adoption, operational connectivity, and execution across core global corridors. As capacity expands, you’ll serve as the execution engine for regional expansion initiatives and cross-border pilots.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced fintech environments, with a solid foundation in cross-border settlements, payment rails, and institutional onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in project management, business development, or operational execution within fintech, cross-border payments, banking, or digital assets.
• Strong foundational understanding of cross-border settlements and payment rails.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ramp Connectivity & Corridor Optimization: optimize on/off-ramp infrastructures across high value corridors.
• Local FX Pilots & Production Execution: lead local stablecoin pilots and production roadmaps.
• Geographic Project Management & Sourcing: manage expansion initiatives and assess new corridor opportunities.
• Institutional Onboarding & Operational Execution: oversee day-to-day execution for tier-1 US institutions and KPI tracking.
