Job summary

Tether seeks a highly driven USAT Institutional Associate to accelerate market adoption, operational connectivity, and execution across core global corridors. Reporting to the Head of USAT Institutional, you will own high priority workflows and coordinate cross-border pilots from inception to production.

The role requires 3–6 years in fintech or digital assets, solid project management and stakeholder communication skills, and a proactive, organized mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 3–6 years in project management, business development, or fintech operations.
• Experience with cross-border payments, digital assets, or banking is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to interface with partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution for regional expansion and onboarding of institutions.
• Coordinate cross-border pilots and bridge regional expansion teams.
• Develop and track KPIs, status reporting, and project milestones.
• Conduct market research and assess regulatory shifts for new corridors.
