Job summary

Tether seeks a highly driven USAT Institutional Associate to accelerate market adoption, operational connectivity, and execution across core global corridors. Reporting to the Head of USAT Institutional, you will own high-priority workflows, bridge regional teams, and manage corridor partnerships from inception to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in project management, business development, or operational execution within fintech, cross-border payments, banking, or digital assets.
• Proven track record of managing complex cross-functional initiatives from concept to close.
• Solid understanding of cross-border settlements, payment rails, stablecoins, and regional fintech ecosystems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal partners and external clients.
• Proactive, organized, and able to navigate ambiguity in a high-velocity ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Ramp Connectivity & Corridor Optimization: Partner with regional expansion leadership to establish on/off-ramp infrastructures across high value corridors.
• Lead and execute local stablecoin FX pilots.
• Establish milestone roadmaps to production environments.
• Geographic Project Management & Sourcing: Serve as primary project manager for active geographic expansion initiatives and track regulatory shifts to source opportunities.
• Institutional Onboarding & Operational Execution: Manage day-to-day operational execution and KPI tracking for tier-1 US institutions.
