The position is remote with travel 50-75% and coverage for California, Arizona, Oregon, Nevada, and Idaho. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with 5–7 years of pharma/healthcare experience and 3–5 years

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Advanced educational degree or healthcare field experience is desirable.
• 5-7 years in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industries is required.
• 3-5 years biotech/specialty sales experience with high-cost products is required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales goals, market penetration, market share, and profit targets.
• Create and implement a business plan to guide strategy, disease awareness, patient find, patient adherence, and track progress.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and institutions including Neurologists, Pediatric Neurologists, Epileptologist, Geneticists, Pediatric Orthopedists, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Genetic Counselors.
• Communicate with external customers and internal stakeholders effectively.
• Lead by example to the Institutional Account Manager team and manage assigned territory financially.
