The technician will diagnose issues, guide users through setup, and document resolutions, while collaborating with engineering for escalations and contributing to knowledge bases.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support or field service with emphasis on remote assistance.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities
