Job summary

Clearwave Fiber LLC is seeking a hands-on Manager, Installation & Repair to lead day-to-day operations of the installation and repair team. The role requires travel and a remote location with eligibility in several states.

You will set priorities, coach staff, analyze service trends, and ensure KPIs and budgets are met. The ideal candidate has a telecommunications background or 5+ years in field operations, strong data analysis, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in field operations.
• Ability to read and interpret business and technical materials.
• Data collection and root-cause analysis skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and repair operations, ensuring customers receive the best possible experience throughout installation, service, and repair.
• Develop and implement strategic plans that improve the customer experience, strengthen operational performance, and support overall company goals.
• Manage daily departmental activities, establishing performance expectations and goals to drive accountability and results.
• Review service orders and analyze trouble tickets to identify trends, service issues, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Lead staffing, training, coaching, and performance management efforts to build and develop a knowledgeable, high-performing team.
• Establish work priorities and assign resources to ensure KPIs, service levels, and business objectives are achieved.
