Job summary

Clearwave Fiber LLC seeks a Manager of Installation & Repair to lead the day-to-day operations of the installation and repair team, driving customer experience and performance. You will set priorities, coach your team, analyze service trends, and ensure KPIs and budgets are met in a remote-with-travel role.

The role requires a strong leader with excellent communication, problem-solving, and training abilities, plus travel across designated territories and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications or related field, or five+ years of field operations.
• Strong data interpretation and root cause analysis capabilities.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and repair operations to ensure top customer experience.
• Develop strategic plans to improve customer experience and performance.
• Manage daily activities, staffing, and budgets.
• Review service orders, analyze tickets, identify trends.
• Lead staffing, training, and performance management.
• Present operational results to leadership.
• Monitor expenditures and ensure budgets compliance.
• Travel throughout territories as required.
