Clearwave Fiber LLC is seeking a Manager, Installation & Repair to lead the day-to-day operations of the installation and repair team. You will set priorities, coach staff, analyze trouble tickets, and drive KPIs while balancing customer experience and operational efficiency.

The role requires a technical background in telecommunications, strong data skills, and the ability to travel. Remote-friendly with travel across territories is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications or related field or 5+ years' field operations experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business material and technical procedures.
• Able to collect, manipulate, and distribute data for root cause analysis.
• Discretion with sensitive company information regarding client lists.
• Independent and collaborative work skills with strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to train a technical field force.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Understanding of OPEX and CAPEX in field operations.
• Goals- and results-driven.
• Experience in face-to-face customer interactions.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Lead installation and repair operations to ensure best customer experience during installation, service, and repair.
• Develop strategic plans to improve customer experience and operational performance.
• Manage daily activities with clear performance expectations and accountability.
• Review service orders and analyze trouble tickets for trends and improvements.
• Lead staffing, training, coaching, and performance management of the team.
• Set work priorities and allocate resources to meet KPIs and budgets.
• Prepare and deliver operational presentations on performance and priorities.
• Monitor expenditures to stay within budget.
