Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an experienced Category Manager/Insights professional in the United States. You will lead insight-driven category strategies, synthesize market data, and influence cross-functional teams to drive growth for customers and the business.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to translate analytics into strategic category decisions, with travel ~25% and a remote-first US role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in category management, data analytics, or a related discipline, preferably in CPG.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret market, retailer, consumer and shopper data.

Responsibilities

• Develop insight-led category strategies across assortment, pricing, promotions, distribution, merchandising, and shopper experience.
• Integrate syndicated market data and loyalty insights to monitor results and uncover opportunities.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for customer strategies and growth initiatives.
• Serve as the internal expert on retail customers, channels, category dynamics, and shopper needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and leadership to align category strategies with business objectives.
• Advise Marketing and Innovation on category trends, shopper demand, and shelf placement for new products.
• Create compelling selling stories and presentations for category reviews and leadership updates.
• Build consultative relationships with retail partners and internal teams to influence decisions.
• Coordinate with external data providers to ensure access to market intelligence.
• Manage multiple projects and stakeholders with high analytical quality and execution standards.
