CSG Talent is seeking a Senior Manager, Category Management to own end-to-end category execution for a high growth product portfolio. This remote US role involves 10% travel and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive revenue and margin outcomes.

You will lead category strategy, sourcing activities, and performance management, drawing on 8+ years in category management and 3+ years of people leadership. Healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in category management, sourcing, and/or procurement.
• 3+ years people leadership experience.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen; able to translate data into clear decisions.
• Proven supplier negotiation and stakeholder influence skills.
• Experience in dental, medical, healthcare, or regulated product environments preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own category strategy and operating plans (assortment, pricing, promotions, omni-channel merchandising).
• Lead sourcing activity (RFI/RFP), supplier selection, and supplier governance.
• Build and run category performance management (KPIs, scorecards, business reviews, insights to action).
• Manage product lifecycle, including new launches, adoption tracking, and rationalization.
• Use internal and syndicated data, customer insight, and competitive intelligence to identify growth levers.
• Improve processes, tools, and best practices to create repeatable, scalable execution.
• Lead and develop a team (hiring, coaching, performance management).
