Jobgether SRL seeks an experienced procurement professional to align purchasing with client expectations and manage complex supplier agreements. You will lead category strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and drive risk management across multiple business units.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, deep market knowledge, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Fully remote engagement offers autonomy and global collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline as listed above.
• 7+ years of professional experience in supply management or procurement roles.
• Knowledge of procurement markets, commercial practices, and supplier management standards.
• Experience negotiating and managing supplier agreements, contracts, and statements of work.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior procurement leadership to align purchasing demands with business-client expectations.
• Manage a portfolio of suppliers, overseeing agreements, renewals, and third‑party risk management.
• Build and maintain relationships with assigned business clients to understand procurement needs and timelines.
• Develop and implement category management strategies to control costs and optimize supplier performance.
• Lead supplier negotiations for new agreements and renewals with collaboration from legal and risk teams.
• Negotiate statements of work and ordering documents to improve commercial outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate risks in third-party agreements with legal, risk, and information security teams.
• Participate in supplier onboarding, risk management, and governance initiatives.
• Communicate with business leaders and support procurement team performance and diversity goals.
• Lead cross‑functional meetings and use stakeholder influence to resolve procurement challenges.
