Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Category Manager - On-Demand Delivery to guide category strategy for digital delivery channels. Based remotely in the US, you will partner with platform merchants and internal teams to uncover opportunities and drive profitable growth in a fast-moving consumer environment.

You will lead data-driven insights, run digital shelf diagnostics, and shape recommendations that align with broader business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in CPG category management and/or sales.
• Experience with business analytics tools such as IRI and Nielsen.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Power BI.
• Strong strategic planning and organizational agility.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel 15% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Create category leadership solutions that support profitable sales growth
• Analyze data to provide insights into delivery consumption patterns and trends
• Conduct digital shelf diagnostics and recommend strategic actions
