Jobgether SRL is partnering to fill a Global Category Manager, Commercial role based in the United States. You will lead global procurement strategies across commercial spend categories, partnering with senior leaders to align priorities with business objectives and drive value, innovation, and growth.

You will negotiate complex supplier agreements, oversee sourcing initiatives, and build governance frameworks with cross-functional teams, while leveraging analytics and AI tools to deliver

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in procurement and strategic sourcing.
• Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders and manage complex sourcing initiatives.
• Experience in global, matrixed environments with cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine global category strategies across marketing, digital, and related services.
• Identify value through cost optimization, supplier performance, and risk mitigation.
• Build savings pipelines and business cases aligned with annual planning.
• Partner with senior leaders across Commercial, Finance, Legal, and others.
• Lead supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract development for diverse categories.
• Establish governance, scorecards, and business reviews with strategic suppliers.
• Manage commercial, contractual, operational, and compliance risks.
• Utilize analytics and AI-enabled tools to generate insights for executive decisions.
• Drive procurement transformation, digital enablement, and process simplification.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Travel approximately 10–20% globally as required.
