Job summary

Elanco, a global leader in animal health, seeks a Customer Development Specialist for The Carolinas (Greenville, Charlotte, Charleston, Columbia) to drive sales in an assigned geography. You will use CVS selling, territory planning, and digital outreach to deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving targets.

Qualifications include an associate degree or higher, inside sales or animal health experience, and proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce/Veeva) and MS Teams. Travel 5–10%.

Qualifications

Associate degree or High School Diploma / GED with equivalent level of experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with veterinary practices to meet sales targets.
Partner with assigned sales districts to create business plans and execute strategies in targeted accounts.
Leverage multi-channel content and Veeva CRM to remotely engage customers.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Elanco’s product portfolio to lead launches and brand initiatives.
Execute all sales objectives and key sales metrics to ensure territory success and customer satisfaction.
