Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Customer Development Specialist – Central States (Central Illinois, Indiana) to drive inside sales for Pet Health in the US Sales Group. You will develop long-term relationships with veterinary practices and execute targeted plans to achieve sales targets.

Using CVS selling, multi‑channel engagement, and CRM tools (Salesforce/Veeva) you will nurture leads, launch new products, and analyze data to maximize territory performance. Location: Remote – US (Central States).

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or High School Diploma / GED required.
• Experience: inside sales or animal health industry; CVS aptitude and digital tools.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce/Veeva) and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with veterinary practices to meet sales targets.
• Partner with sales districts to create business plans and nurture leads.
• Leverage multi-channel engagement and CRM to drive territory growth.
• Maintain knowledge of Elanco products to support launches and initiatives.
• Execute sales objectives and key metrics for territory success.
