Job summary

ABB is seeking an Inside Sales Support professional in the United States to manage orders, tracking, and daily customer activities. You will coordinate with local units and ABB groups to ensure on-time delivery and support bid proposals to meet customer needs.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in technical customer support within industrial/utility sectors, with familiarity in power transmission and distribution products. Domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of technical customer support experience in industrial/utility fields.
• Knowledge of power transmission and distribution products is preferred.
• Experience with B2B customer support and databases is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily customer activities including order entry, tracking and order management.
• Coordinate with local units and ABB groups to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support bid proposals to meet customer requirements and handle changes.
• May travel domestically to customer locations or ABB sites.
• Initiate change orders and assist in collecting overdue invoices.
