Medtronic seeks an Associate Inside Sales Representative to support the Medical Surgical portfolio across the United States in a remote role. You will engage healthcare providers via phone, email, and virtual meetings, build relationships with clinicians and supply chain contacts, and drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting and territory planning.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in sales or related experience (or 2+ with an Associate's) and familiarity with CRM tools like

Qualifications

• Required: 4+ years of sales/customer-facing experience, or 2+ years with Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's degree
• Preferred: healthcare/medical device or B2B sales experience
• Preferred: CRM/engagement tools experience (phone, email, virtual)

Responsibilities

• Sell Medical Surgical products via phone, email, and virtual engagements to hit objectives
• Develop and maintain relationships with clinicians and stakeholders
• Identify and advance sales opportunities through prospecting and territory planning
• Communicate product features and value to decision-makers
• Support product demonstrations and education with field teams
• Maintain accurate data in Salesforce.com and other systems
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and support planning
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Clinical Teams to meet territory goals
