Job summary

Prescott’s Med is seeking an Inside Sales - Contract Support Specialist to drive renewal of service contracts, win new business, and lead across multiple devices. This role is remote or onsite at Monument, CO and works with field sales to grow across Surgical Microscopes, Pumps, Monitors, Anesthesia, Washers, and Veterinary Equipment.

Qualifications

• Requires 1–2+ years in inside sales or a customer service role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong phone presence and ability to engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Communicate with potential customers via cold calling, email, and online chat to understand needs and recommend products.
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate customers on benefits and features.
• Track and manage leads, pipeline, and sales activities using NetSuite CRM.
• Nurture relationships to generate repeat business and upsell opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve issues post-sale.
• Maintain detailed reports of sales activities.
• Provide periodic territory sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Perform other duties as assigned
