Medtronic is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive growth across the Eastern United States from a remote setting. You will prospect, manage accounts, and collaborate with field sales to expand adoption of respiratory and airway management products.

You'll work independently, engage customers virtually, and travel up to 10% for meetings and training. A strong analytical mindset and CRM fluency are essential to meeting quota and building relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 6+ years in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• OR Associate's Degree with 4+ years; OR Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities and customer needs.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales performance data to manage engagement and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound calling and lead generation.
• Drive territory sales performance and achieve objectives via virtual engagement and account management.
• Analyze data to prioritize opportunities and guide selling activities.
• Collaborate with field sales and cross-functional teams to support product adoption and demonstrations.
• Negotiate and close opportunities while addressing customer questions and barriers.
