Waters Corporation is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to support revenue growth across an assigned territory. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop consultative selling skills across pharmaceutical, clinical, industrial, and laboratory markets, with a foundation for future growth within the commercial organization.

The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth through virtual customer engagement and strategic field collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as required.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage assigned territory and create growth plans.
• Prospect, qualify, and develop sales opportunities via phone, video, email.
• Collaborate with field sales, service, marketing, and applications teams.
• Drive revenue by selling Waters instrumentation, informatics, consumables, and services.
• Maintain pipeline and provide forecasts using Salesforce.
• Deliver virtual product presentations and reviews.
• Identify customer needs and map Waters solutions.
• Develop strategic account plans to grow penetration.
• Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities.
• Present territory performance and insights to sales leadership.
