Safe Step Walk-In Tub Company, a Ferguson company, is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to process inbound calls and respond to internet leads, scheduling in-home visits for our Safety Specialists. The role supports seniors across the US and Canada in a fully remote setting.

You will use a CRM and Office tools, conducting consultative sales to convert leads into appointments while coordinating withSales Closers and maintaining lead-setting quality metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in a modern contact center with consultative sales focus.
• Proven track record of selling over the phone and lead setting.
• Comfortable using CRM, mapping tools, Office 365 and cloud-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of phone calls (inbound/outbound) to schedule in-home sales visits.
• Follow a systematized sales process to convert leads into in-home opportunities.
• Ensure QA throughout the lead-setting process and meet contact center metrics.
• Collaborate with team and understand geography and lead-setting skills.
