Safe Step Walk-In Tub Company, a Ferguson company, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to process inbound calls and respond to internet leads, setting in-home sale appointments for our Safety Specialists. This fully remote role can be based anywhere in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience in an automated contact center and proven success in selling over the phone.
• Strong consultative sales and lead-setting experience.
• Ability to navigate omni-channel software, a CRM, mapping tools, and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong North American geography knowledge.
• Comfort with remote work and video/IM/phone communication.
• Ability to multi-task across multiple software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume in/outbound calls to schedule in-home sales visits.
