Job summary

Heritage Builders is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to engage homeowners via inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and set appointments for the sales and operations teams. The role is remote, hourly with commission, and focused on delivering an excellent customer experience while driving revenue.

You will manage follow-up, maintain CRM records, and work toward conversion goals, all within a performance-driven but supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and other technology.
• Proven ability to follow up and move conversations toward a sale.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with homeowners and prospective customers.
• Respond quickly to new inquiries and leads, scheduling appointments.
• Build rapport and identify roofing/exterior home improvement needs.
• Follow up consistently with leads and move opportunities through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM and communicate timelines.
