Job summary

MTM LLC is seeking motivated In-Home Sales Consultants in New Jersey to meet homeowners, understand their needs, and guide them through the purchasing process. This full-time, in-person role offers uncapped commissions and rapid earnings potential.

You'll build rapport, present customized solutions, and close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Training, support, and ongoing coaching are provided to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you'll meet with homeowners who have requested information about our products and services. Your role is to understand their needs, provide customized solutions, and guide them through the purchasing process.

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct pre-scheduled, in-home consultations with homeowners. - no cold calling or prospecting required
• Build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers.
• Assess customer needs and recommend customized home improvement solutions.
• Deliver professional product presentations and demonstrations.
• Prepare accurate proposals and explain financing options when applicable
• Answer customer questions and confidently overcome objections.
• Close sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the CRM.
• Follow up with customers as needed throughout the sales process.
• Attend ongoing sales training, coaching sessions, and team meetings.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
