Job summary

Alliance Corporation, a leading value-added distributor, seeks an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) in Reno, NV to support RAMs and drive growth. You will prepare quotes, manage requests, resolve issues, re-engage dormant accounts, and identify opportunities to expand relationships.

Must be located in Reno, NV, with 2+ years in sales roles and strong CRM experience. This role offers a remote-friendly environment with a robust benefits package and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, customer service, or sales support.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Account Managers to provide exceptional customer support.
• Prepare and manage customer quotations quickly and accurately.
• Work directly with customers to answer questions, solve problems, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Proactively contact customers who have not purchased recently and work to re-establish business relationships.
• Identify opportunities to grow smaller accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
• Follow up on open quotes and sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with purchasing, operations, and vendor partners to ensure successful order execution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and opportunity tracking within Salesforce.
• Become knowledgeable in Alliance's product portfolio and provide consultative sales support.
