Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure is seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our Reno team. You will handle inbound calls, assist walk-in customers, and generate quotations using our ERP system, coordinating orders with project managers and sales staff to ensure smooth processing.

The role emphasizes building relationships with contractors and engineers, contributing to post-sale support, and maintaining safety and accuracy in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service background and strong communication skills are required.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Construction industry experience is a plus.
• Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls from customers for quotes, purchases, or inquiries.
• Assist walk-in customers and sales calls to drive orders.
• Produce quotations using the ERP system.
• Coordinate order processing with Project Managers, CSRs, and Outside Sales.
• Assist with post-sale support, submittal information and order entry.
