Global Experience Specialists, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to provide inside sales and support within the North American Exhibitions unit.

The role involves telemarketing to sell GES products and services, outbound campaigns, and handling inbound orders with a focus on meeting revenue targets. Candidates should have a High School/GED, experience in phone sales and cross selling, and the ability to learn product lines and describe them clearly.

Formación

• High School/GED required.
• Previous experience in phone sales and cross selling products.
• 2 years of Transportation, Exhibition or Trade Show sales experience a plus.
• Must be able to learn product line and describe to clients without industry jargon.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills for first-class customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Telemarketing customers as the inside sales representative to sell GES products and services.
• Complete outbound phone and email campaigns and handle inbound sales orders.
• Meet established revenue and sales targets.
• Generate product and service leads to secure exhibitors/new customers for GES.
• Multitask quotes and sales orders to ensure bookings.
• Coordinate with general managers, operations and other departments to deliver products and services to exhibitors at show sites.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce and Oracle.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers; connect customers with the right internal resource.
• Educate exhibitors on using Expresso and direct them to resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
