Job summary

GES - Global Experience Specialists is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to provide inside sales and support within the Products & Services department for the North American Exhibitions unit. You will drive telemarketing efforts, manage quotes and orders, and collaborate across departments to ensure exhibitor success.

You’ll educate customers on Expresso, our eCommerce platform, and strive to meet revenue targets while delivering high-quality service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Phone sales experience with cross-selling ability.
• 2 years of Transportation, Exhibition or Trade Show sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to learn the product line and describe it clearly to clients without industry jargon.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills for first-class service.

Responsibilities

• Telemarketing customers to sell GES products and services.
• Complete outbound phone and email campaigns; handle inbound sales orders.
• Meet established revenue and sales targets.
• Generate product and service leads for exhibitors/new customers.
• Multitask quotes and sales orders to secure bookings.
• Collaborate with general managers, operations and other departments to deliver to exhibitors at show sites.
• Document accurately in systems such as Salesforce and Oracle.
• Maintain excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
• Educate exhibitors on using Expresso, our eCommerce platform, and guide them to resources.
• Other duties as assigned.
