Job summary

Global Experience Specialists, Inc. (GES) seeks an Inside Sales Specialist to provide sales and support for our Products & Services group within the North American Exhibitions unit.

You will promote flooring, logistics, furniture, graphics, AV, and exhibit systems, manage leads, and drive order procurement for exhibitors. Responsibilities include outbound campaigns, inbound order handling, CRM-driven documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver orders at show sites.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Experience in phone sales and cross-selling preferred.
• 2 years in Transportation, Exhibition or Trade Show sales a plus.
• Ability to describe products clearly without industry jargon.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills for first-class customer service.
• Remote option noted in the qualifications.
• Extensive phone and computer use.

Responsibilities

• Telemarketing customers to sell GES products and services.
• Complete outbound phone and email campaigns; receive inbound sales orders.
• Meet established revenue and sales targets.
• Generate product and services leads for exhibitor/new customer acquisition.
• Multitask quotes and sales orders to secure bookings.
• Coordinate with GM, operations, and other departments to deliver products/services at show site.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Oracle.
• Ensure client satisfaction and connect customers with the right internal resource.
• Educate exhibitors on Expresso and direct them to resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
