Waters Corporation is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth across an assigned US territory from a remote location. You will develop consultative selling skills and collaborate with field teams to expand relationships, promote Waters instrumentation and services, and deliver value-based solutions to laboratory stakeholders.

The role emphasizes prospecting, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting using Salesforce, with up to 20% travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 20% as required.
• 1-3 years of sales experience; however will look at new graduates with a minimum of 3.2 GPA

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory by developing and executing territory growth plans that identify new business opportunities and expand relationships.
• Prospect, qualify, and develop sales opportunities through phone, video, email, and digital engagement.
• Partner with field sales, service, marketing, and application teams to create and advance customer opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth through Waters instrumentation, informatics solutions, consumables, service agreements, and workflow solutions.
• Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline and provide accurate forecasts through Salesforce CRM and reporting tools.
• Conduct virtual product presentations and business reviews with laboratory stakeholders.
• Identify customer needs and align Waters solutions to improve productivity and workflow efficiency.
