Waters Corporation is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth across an assigned US territory. The role blends virtual engagement with field collaboration, focusing on new business, expanding existing relationships, and delivering value-based lab solutions.

Location is Remote (United States). Base pay ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 with a $15,000 annual incentive, and ~16,000 colleagues worldwide support a culture of relentless innovation and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with good organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory by developing and executing growth plans.
• Prospect, qualify, and develop sales opportunities via calls, email, and digital engagement.
• Partner with field sales, service, marketing, and applications teams to advance opportunities.
• Promote Waters instrumentation, informatics, consumables, service agreements, and workflows.
• Maintain pipeline and provide forecasts through Salesforce and reporting tools.
• Conduct virtual product presentations and business reviews with laboratory stakeholders.
• Develop strategic account plans to increase penetration and retention.
• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Present territory performance and insights to sales leadership.
