Waters Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to support revenue growth across a defined territory. The role emphasizes consultative selling, virtual engagement, and collaboration with field teams to expand customer relationships in the pharma, clinical, industrial and lab markets.

Location: Remote (United States). Base pay ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 with an additional $15,000 annual incentive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for the role.
• 1–3 years of sales experience; new graduates with GPA ≥ 3.2 considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory and develop growth plans.
• Prospect, qualify, and develop sales opportunities via multiple channels.
• Partner with field sales, service, marketing, and applications teams.
• Drive revenue through Waters instrumentation, informatics, consumables and services.
• Maintain pipeline and provide forecasts using Salesforce and reporting tools.
• Conduct virtual product presentations and business reviews with stakeholders.
• Identify customer needs and align Waters solutions to improve productivity and compliance.
• Develop strategic account plans to increase penetration and retention.
• Monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Present territory performance and insights to sales leadership.
