Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 20% as required.
• 1–3 years of sales experience; however will look at new graduates with a minimum GPA 3.2.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory and develop growth plans to identify new business opportunities.
• Prospect, qualify, and develop sales opportunities via phone, video, email, and digital engagement.
• Partner with field sales, service, marketing, and application teams to advance customer opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth through Waters instrumentation, informatics solutions, consumables, service agreements, and workflow solutions.
• Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline and provide accurate forecasts using Salesforce CRM and reporting tools.
• Conduct virtual product presentations and business reviews with laboratory stakeholders.
• Identify customer needs and align Waters solutions to improve productivity and compliance.
• Develop strategic account plans to increase penetration, retention, and share.
• Monitor competitive activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
