Job summary

Jerry is seeking a Customer Operations teammate to support customers across auto, home, and other policies. You’ll help them navigate our evolving app, identify coverage gaps and discounts, and process service requests with a focus on friendly, proactive service.

This fully remote role offers hourly wages of $19.00–$21.00 with uncapped commissions for sales track, equity options, and a path for career growth within a fast-paced insurance tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies.
• Assist customers with changes to policies and coverage.
• Navigate the Jerry app to help customers find the right products.
• Identify coverage gaps or discounts customers qualify for.
• Process service requests (vehicles, drivers, lienholders, documents).
• Provide feedback to improve the product and customer experience.
