Job summary

Jerry is seeking a Customer Operations teammate to deliver warm, fast service for car and home assets through our app. This role is fully remote, full-time, and paid hourly, with equity opportunities and a benefits package.

You will handle inbound policyholder inquiries, navigate multiple insurance partners, resolve issues, and contribute ideas to improve the product. A collaborative, customer‑focused culture awaits.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team.
• Strong work ethic and strong problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Taking great care of our customers by addressing needs and uncovering gaps or discounts.
• Answering inbound calls from policyholders who need changes.
• Getting deep on the product and understanding our panel of insurance partners.
• Solving problems to resolve inquiries effectively.
• Processing service requests (vehicles, drivers, lienholders, policy documents).
• Providing feedback to help make the product better.
