Job summary

Top Hat is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow a territory and close opportunities within higher education accounts. You’ll own a expansive list of colleges, demonstrate value, and convert them into clients while helping professors improve teaching with our platform.

You will work remotely from the Central US region, collaborating with Customer Success and marketing to maximize revenue and deliver a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience; preferred selling to professors.
• Ability to identify, drive and close opportunities.
• Experience working in a metrics-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own an expansive list of accounts within a defined region.
• Find, create, facilitate, and close new business opportunities.
• Represent and sell Top Hat products and services, including digital textbooks and SaaS platform.
• Position value proposition to professors or department leaders.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, product and marketing to maximize revenue.
