Arrow Electronics is seeking an Inside Sales Representative focused on Citrix and software solutions. You will manage key accounts, drive solutions selling, and coordinate cross-functional teams to fulfill orders and optimize margins.

The role emphasizes developing customer strategy, quoting, and pricing decisions within a dynamic, commission-based environment with travel as required."

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales role within software solutions sales.
• Knowledge or familiarity with selling SaaS is preferred.
• Familiarity with Cloud Software Group, Citrix, and/or competitor’s preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills and capacity to upsell & cross-sell.
• Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships with clients and partners.
• Experience with a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall account relationship by providing strategic service and support to the designated customer base.
• Responsible for Sales Excellence by developing and managing customer strategy within the assigned account territory.
• Responsible for ongoing Sales Support activities for the order-to-invoice process and for backend Quality processes.
• Owns the customer interface for pricing, quotes, and credit & financial information; coordinates resources and support functions.
• Participate in a sales compensation plan with variable OTE based on goals.
