Arrow Electronics is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for Citrix to grow key accounts in the US. You will manage the full sales cycle, promote solutions, coordinate quotes, and ensure on-time delivery while building lasting partnerships.

This role requires 2+ years of software sales experience, familiarity with SaaS, and strong negotiation skills. The position offers a hybrid/remote arrangement with travel to Arrow offices as needed and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales role within software solutions sales.
• Knowledge or familiarity with selling SaaS is preferred.
• Familiarity with Cloud Software Group, Citrix, and/or competitor’s preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills and capacity to upsell & cross-sell.
• Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships with clients and partners.
• Experience with a CRM.

Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the overall account relationship by providing strategic service and support to the designated customer base. Maximize margins, increase market share, and drive value-added solution selling. Collaborate with internal and external resources to deliver customer service, often facilitating the efforts of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, ensuring on-time order delivery, offering engineering support, and troubleshooting customer issues. Serve as a key liaison between your assigned vendor, customers, and partners to build and foster long-term business partnerships for Arrow.
• Responsible for Sales Excellence by developing and managing customer strategy within the assigned account territory. Sell and promote Solutions Selling in alignment with the approved account-level strategy. This requires knowledge of the competitive landscape in the market and the ability to make informed sales decisions based on that information.
• Responsible for ongoing Sales Support activities for the order-to-invoice process. Owns the customer interface for backend Quality processes: corrective actions and field Quality Reports. Owns the customer interface for important Credit & Financial Information and coordinates all available resources and support functions.
• As the owner of the overall customer sales objectives, set a strategy for the quote process, coordinated resources, managed the processing of customer quotations, negotiated pricing and quote markup, and inform the customers and partners of any price increases.
• This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.

What We Are Looking For

Work Arrangement

For candidates in Colorado; Hybrid : Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.

For candidates in other states; Fully Remote : Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate

$28.37 - $33.65

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
