Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for Citrix to grow key accounts in the US. You will manage the full sales cycle, promote solutions, coordinate quotes, and ensure on-time delivery while building lasting partnerships.

This role requires 2+ years of software sales experience, familiarity with SaaS, and strong negotiation skills. The position offers a hybrid/remote arrangement with travel to Arrow offices as needed and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales role within software solutions sales.
• Knowledge or familiarity with selling SaaS is preferred.
• Familiarity with Cloud Software Group, Citrix, and/or competitor’s preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills and capacity to upsell & cross-sell.
• Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships with clients and partners.
• Experience with a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall account relationship by providing strategic service and support to the designated customer base and drive value-added solution selling.
• Sell and promote Solutions Selling in alignment with the approved account-level strategy and coordinate quotations.
• Own the order-to-invoice process and back-end quality and credit/financial information interfaces.
• Set strategy for quotes, negotiate pricing, inform customers of price increases, and coordinate resources.
