Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall account relationship by providing strategic service and support to assigned customer base, maximizing margins and driving value-added solution selling.
• Coordinate resources to support quoting, fulfilling demand, on-time delivery, engineering support, and troubleshooting.
• Own the customer interface for backend Quality processes and maintain Perfect Order Index and inventory integrity.
• Lead quote-to-order activities, negotiate pricing and notify customer of price changes.
