Job summary

Cardinal Health in the United States is seeking Inside Sales Representatives to drive pharmaceutical generic product sales to an assigned group of independent retail pharmacies. You will prospect to create new partnerships and strengthen relationships with the current customer base.

In this role you will call on pharmacies, build long-standing relationships with pharmacists and technicians, and promote targeted products to expand market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years proven outside or inside sales experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications preferred.
• Strong process management, customer service, and communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Call on current and potential pharmacies to grow market share.
• Build long-standing relationships with Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians.
• Promote targeted products to convert and expand sales.
• Identify market intelligence and develop sales plans to meet goals.
• Maintain a real-time database of market activity using CRM.
• Understand customer needs and how Cardinal Health offerings fit.
• Meet sales goals and collaborate with team to achieve targets.
