Cardinal Health is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive pharmaceutical generic product sales to Independent Retail pharmacies across the U.S. You will prospect to create new partnerships and strengthen relationships with the current customer base.

This role involves calling on pharmacies, building long-term pharmacist relationships, and using CRM tools to track market intelligence and sales activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years proven outside or inside sales experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications preferred.
• Strong process management, customer service, and communication skills preferred.
• Self-motivated to achieve goals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Call on current and potential pharmacies in an assigned geographical area to convert new business and grow market share.
• Form long-standing customer relationships with Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians.
• Convert existing and potential customers' use of targeted products to sustain and expand sales.
• Identify market intelligence on competitive activity and communicate findings to internal teams.
• Create and maintain a real-time database of market intelligence and sales activity in the CRM.
