Job summary
Solventum is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for Dental Solutions. This role focuses on building customer relationships, driving virtual sales, and cross-selling dental products to distribution partners in remote Mountain/Pacific time zones.
You will aim to achieve monthly activity goals and exceed forecasts through strategic planning and collaboration with field sales. You should have a Bachelor's degree or higher with 2+ years in sales or the dental industry, or a HS diploma with 7+
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher and 2+ years of sales/dental experience required.
- Or High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of sales/dental experience required.
- Outside/inside sales experience and account management are a plus.
- Salesforce.com experience is desired.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain customer relationships and drive sales growth.
- Sell and cross-sell dental solutions to distribution partners and customers.
- Develop and execute a working sales plan to meet annual forecasts.
- Understand customer business models to influence growth.
- Meet sales quotas, quality, and productivity metrics.
- Share best practices with the team to promote success.
- Identify market trends and account needs to respond effectively.
